Last night, beautiful, blonde BFFs Gigi Hadid and Taylor Swift got together to watch “Grease: Live” — which included a cameo from their mutual ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas.
Thanks to a series of Snapchats from Gigi, we know that she and Taylor spent their Sunday night chilling on the couch, watching their ex and his band DNCE make a cameo as a band that plays in the background during the big Rydell High School dance in FOX’s production of Grease Live. They also sang along as loud as humanly possible, as one does.
Even though it’s pretty much a golden rule between besties that you’re not allowed to dip into each other’s ghosts of boyfriends past, since Taylor dated Joe back in 2008 when they were both babies, there were apparently no hard feelings when Gigi started dating him last year.
In fact, Taylor DGAF about the fact that she hit it first, hanging out with Gigi and Joe on multiple occasions.

So ask yourself this: did Taylor and Gigi hang out last night because they’re both hopelessly devoted to Grease’s iconic message of female empowerment how changing your physical appearance is the best way to get your man? Or was it because they just wanted to watch their ex wiggle his hips on national TV, and low-key laugh about it?
Just like how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop, the world may never know – but that won’t stop us from speculating.
